Hello! My name is Bryn and I am from Scotland. I teach Executive Business English. I take special care for this job to keep up to date with current issues regarding Geopolitics, Business and Technology. In my spare time I study Yoshinkan Aikido where I hold a 4th degree black belt. I'm a Yoga and Meditation practitioner and also enjoy playing trumpet, guitar and piano. I also have a broad range of intellectual interests from Art History to Comparative Religion and Philosophy. I have travelled extensively, and lived for long periods in Canada and Japan especially where I continue to maintain important ties. Now I am based in the northeastern part of beautiful Brazil.

TEFL Certified, I have several years teaching experience in classrooms and online. In the past three years I have dedicated myself to purely online English teaching. During my busy days I still devote some time to kids classes as a discipline having found that nothing sharpens my skills better than teaching English to children and the challenges and constant surprises they present! 

Switching gears for The Serious Edge but maintaining the same energy, alertness and adaptability, I am completely focused on providing the best Executive Business English instruction available to students of level B1 and above. I really enjoy working closely with students and get a huge amount of satisfaction in helping them solve problems in English, gain confidence and convert their hard work into Real World situations that always make a difference.
